    Jaclyn Reutens, founder of Aptima Nutrition, is a registered clinical and sports dietitian with over 20 years of experience.

     

    Having worked with clients locally, internationally, in-person, and completely online, Jaclyn has one goal — to help you build a healthier relationship with food.

     

    She became a dietitian because she wanted to help herself find a balance between healthy living and living life to the fullest. Why she has stayed for over two decades? Because she continues to enjoy helping clients strike that balance.
