    Jaclyn Reutens, Dietitian

     

    Jaclyn Reutens, founder of Aptima Nutrition, is a registered clinical and sports dietitian with over 20 years of experience. Having worked with clients locally, internationally, in-person, and completely online, Jaclyn has one goal — to help you build a healthier relationship with food.

     

    She became a dietitian because she wanted to help herself find a balance between healthy living and living life to the fullest. Why she has stayed for over two decades? Because she continues to enjoy helping clients strike that balance.

     

    Jaclyn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University of South Australia. She is a Certified sports dietitian, accredited by the Australian Institute of Sport, as well as a Certified anthropometrist, accredited by the National Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. She also holds a Low FODMAP Diet and Nutrition Counselling for Eating Disorders “Exercise is Medicine” certification from Monash University. With her practice in Singapore, she is also a Registered Dietitian of Singapore.

     

    Regardless of where you are located, Jaclyn is able to help. She has changed the lives of countless international clients, solely through digital consultations. Clients love her practical, guided approach — whether you work from home, in an industrial park surrounded by fast food chains, or are always travelling and on the go, Jaclyn will make it work for you.

     

    Through the years, she has made significant contributions to the field of nutrition through her involvement with esteemed organisations such as the Health Promotion Board. She has also served as a nutrition spokesperson on Channel News Asia and played a supportive role in the development of healthier choice food products. Her expertise has been sought after by prestigious medical centres like Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre. Today, Jaclyn's private practice is located at the prestigious Camden Medical along Orchard Boulevard.

     

    In addition to her professional achievements, Jaclyn has shared insights through interviews on Channel News Asia, Talking Point, and live radio CNA938. She has also contributed nutrition articles to various international and local publications such as Women's Weekly, Shape, Her World, South China Morning Post, Mind Your Body, Channel News Asia Lifestyle, and The Straits Times.     Thurgashini Lachimanan, Nutritionist

     

    Thurgashini Lachimanan is a Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science from The National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2021. She is a self-motivated person and a passionate Nutritionist who is interested in healthy lifestyle promotion via nutrition education and consultation alongside creating lifestyle disease awareness to the public to strive for a healthier lifestyle.

     

    She holds the Basic Food Safety and Hygiene Course certificate in Singapore and the Food Management Training Course (KKM) certificate in Malaysia and is highly equipped with knowledge and skills in the nutrition field.

     

    She completed her internship in the nutrition field at Interaid Pharmacy in 2021. She had experience in educating customers about a supplement product in terms of its nutrition content, benefits and also on the correct dosage and timing to consume the products.

     

    In addition to her professional development, Thurgashini had experience in nutrition education and promotion by guiding customers to choose the correct food according to their body types and health issues. She has also been involved in promoting the benefits of consuming Ayurvedic superfoods in daily life to customers. Moreover, she is competent in nutrition analysis using a range of nutrient databases.

     

    Thurgashini always believes in the ‘Food as Medicine Concept’ to help improve community well-being.
